Brief: Overhaul Verizon’s Mobile App to align with the brand’s new look, feel and tone in a way that attracts more monthly users, increases sales and reduces customer support call volume.
Response: The New MyVerizon, a product one year in the making that boasted user-friendly interface, brand new functionality (Bill pay, Shop, Smart Support, Data Management), and over 2,500 screens I personally wrote alongside 8 developers, 5 UX/design teams and with millions of new users in mind.
